Costs decrease as more participants join, starting at $175 per person for two travelers and dropping to $50 when fully booked. With daily departures and a “Book Now, Pay Later” option, securing a spot is hassle-free. A $10 non-refundable booking fee ensures commitment and a waitlist system fills last-minute spots, while flexible payment plans keep bookings secure. 

By sharing rides, SafariShare lowers costs, reduces environmental impact, and supports conservation efforts.

    Please Note:
    This booking does not include your park entrance fees. The fees are based on your citizenship and country of residence as follows:

    • Rwandan/EAC Citizen:$16Children (6-12): $11
    • Rwandan/EAC Resident:$50Children (6-12): $30
    • Pan-African (Outside EAC):$50Children (6-12): $30
    • International Visitors:$100Children (6-12): $50
    • Children under 5 are exempt from paying park entrance fees.

    Kindly note that drop-off is only available at your original pickup location or a designated point along the safari route. 

    What to bring

      1. Clothing:

      • Lightweight, breathable clothes(preferably in neutral colors like khaki, beige, or olive to blend with nature)
      • Hat or cap(to protect from the sun)
      • Sunglasses(with UV protection)
      • Light jacket or sweater(it can get chilly in the early morning or evening)

      2. Accessories:

      • Binoculars(for wildlife viewing)
      • Camera with extra memory cards and batteries(safaris offer amazing photo opportunities)
      • Power bank(for charging electronics in remote areas)
      • Daypack or small backpack(to carry essentials like water, snacks, and camera)

      3. Health & Safety:

      • Sunscreen(high SPF)
      • Insect repellent(especially for mosquitoes)
      • Water bottle(refillable, to stay hydrated, or glass water bottles. SIngle use plactics are not allowed  in the park)
      • Hand sanitizer and wet wipes

      4. Safari Essentials:

      • Safari hat or cap(for sun protection)
      • Notebook and pen(to jot down notes about wildlife sightings)
      • Travel documents(passport, booking confirmation)
      • Debit/ Credit cards,  Mobile Money(for park entrance fees. The park is cashless operated)
