Welcome to Akagera National Park Safaris. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Akagera National park safari is a subsidiary of New dawn associates an independent tour operator offering guided tours to Akagera National Park and other Points of Interest in Rwanda . We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the park management. Our services include transportation, guided experiences, and logistical support for visitors exploring the park. Park entry fees, regulations, and policies are set by the park authorities and are subject to change without notice. Visitors are responsible for complying with all park rules and guidelines during their visit.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

3. Risk and Indemnity

Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Dawn Associates, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation.

4. Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including visas, permits, and vaccinations.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

New Dawn Associates acts solely as an intermediary between clients and various service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and activity operators. We do not own or control these entities and, therefore, assume no responsibility for their actions or omissions. Participation in our tours and activities is at your own risk. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts or omissions of any third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays or changes in schedules, overbooking, defaults, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, or other causes beyond our control.
• You assume all risks associated with participating in our tours, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and exposure to wildlife.
• You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless New Dawn Associates, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in our tours.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, evacuation, and loss or damage of personal belongings. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this assumption of risk and limitation of liability.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, park regulations, or safety concerns.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved under Rwandan jurisdiction.
